The TRUTH Your Doctor Isn’t Telling You About Weight Loss
If you’re like most people you’ve probably been told by your doctor that you need to rest and avoid any movements or activities that aggravate your injuries. And, that losing some weight will help too.
Unfortunately, that often means avoiding the recreational sports activities you enjoy most like running, biking, tennis and golfing.
But, what your doctor probably failed to tell you is that nearly all non-contact injuries are caused by muscular imbalances where certain muscles become strong and tight while others become weak and inhibited.
Muscle imbalances often prevent many muscles from working that play a key role in weight and fat loss as well as physical performance.
