Lathrop Personal Trainer Exposes The Myth That You Need Multiple Meals For Fat Loss
I am probably the only Lathrop personal trainer who doesn’t agree with most health & fitness experts when it comes to losing fat, building lean muscle and maximizing physical performance.
One of the biggest LIES in our industry is the myth that you need to eat 5-6 small meals per day to achieve your fat loss and fitness goals.
As legend goes, smaller meals eaten frequently throughout the day is said to boost your metabolism which helps you lose unwanted pounds and inches.
Problem is that most of us just do NOT have the time (nor desire) to eat that many times a day.
So, are those who cannot get 5-6 meals per day in doomed to a life of invisible abs and expanding waistlines?
The answer is NO!
There is actually research that proves you can get the lean, muscular body you want without eating multiple meals. Not only does research prove it, but I’ve seen it happen many times with clients on my personal training programs. Read the rest of this entry »
