Hi, I’m Kevin Yates, a Holistic Lifestyle Coach, International Speaker and Author in Lathrop, California.

 

That’s me in the photo on the left with my wife Veronica and our beautiful daughter Briana.


For more than a decade I’ve specialized in helping my clients burn fat, build lean muscle, overcome nagging injuries and maximize performance.

 

I know what it’s like to be overweight, with no energy and dealing with nagging injuries.

 

Having been an avid baseball player and very athletic practically all my life this was devastating for me.

 

My weight loss struggles had me working out at one point 6 days a week for 90 minutes a day.

 

I lost the weight but felt lousy, weak and started feeling the effects of too much training. I began experiencing intense lower back, shoulder, hip, knee and ankle pain.

 

I ended up being unable to continue my rigorous workout schedule and ultimately gained back about 25 of the pounds I had lost.

 

After lots of research and trial and error (which included 3 years in the physical rehabilitation field) I finally succeeded at losing the weight plus eliminating all those aches and pains I had been dealing with.

 

Best of all, I did it without spending every waking moment working out or on strict low-calorie, low-carb or low-fat diets.

 

I have been interviewed by some of the top online fitness experts, I am also a featured presenter for an online fitness education program and am an expert author for EzineArticles.com

 

One of the biggest problems in the health & fitness industry today is pushing a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach to achieving fitness and improving performance.  This approach seldom works because we all have unique needs.

 

While one workout program might work for well for one person it will fail miserably for another. To achieve and maintain a fitness or performance goal you must identify the specific “gaps” or “missing links” in your fitness program and address them.

 

Different people have different areas they need to focus on which is why using the same diet or exercise routine for everyone isn’t very effective. That’s why most exercise machines, cardio workouts and group fitness classes fail to deliver results…because they do not take into account the unique needs of each individual.

My holistic approach to nutrition and exercise has helped recreational sports enthusiasts achieve weight loss and body fat reduction, maximize strength and endurance, overcome chronic pain and nagging injuries in a way that takes the entire body and it’s systems into consideration.
