Lathrop Personal Trainer’s Bodyweight Exercise For Shoulders, Triceps & Core

Lately I’ve been pushing myself to my physical and mental limits with some seriously intense (some say insane) workouts and strict eating.

 

It’s definitely a challenge, but hey, if getting lean and muscular was easy then everybody would be sporting 6 pack abs and lean muscles, right?

 

Speaking of challenges…

 

…I wanted to share one of my favorite and most effective exercises for adding lean muscle and definition to your shoulders and triceps.

 

But, that’s not all.

 

This exercise also is incredibly effective for training the core and is unlike anything you’ve probably done before. It’s even more effective when combined with an effective lower body exercise like the squat-lift.
