1. Not Just Anyone Can Be A Yates Performance Training Client- Unlike most personal trainers who take on just about anyone at Yates Performance Training there is a strict client selection process.  The reality is that some people just are not ready for my approach.

So, as much as you’ll want to interview me I will be interviewing you as well and if you’re not in a place to begin working with me I will advise you to take the necessary time so you don’t waste your money on something you’re not ready for.

2. Comprehensive Functional Performance Assessment- Yates Performance Training does not believe in guessing as to what our clients need from a fitness program.  I haven’t built my reputation for getting results on guesswork. I perform arguably the most comprehensive functional performance assessment (FPA) in the area.

Before a client ever touches a dumbbell, medicine ball or begins training they undergo the FPA. The FPA provides the information needed to customize the most effective, results-producing program for each client thus eliminating any guesswork.

During the FPA I will assess your goals, mindset, nutrition (yes, nutrition is a mandatory part of working with Yates Performance Training), alignment, flexibility, stability, strength and endurance. In the end, you’ll know more about your body and I will outline the first 4 weeks of your program so you’ll know exactly what to expect from your time with me.

Even if you decide my services are not a good fit for you there’s no harm, no foul and you’ll still come away knowing exactly what you need to do to achieve your goals.

 

3. Complete Nutrition Plan, Guidelines & Coaching- My nutrition plan has produced amazing results in weight loss, body fat reduction, muscle gain, elimination of chronic pain and injuries and improvements in performance.

All Yates Performance Training clients are asked to adhere to the nutrition plan as the results are well worth it.

But, this is NOT a diet.

In fact, you will not be counting calories, weighing or measuring foods, tracking points…It’s a plan consisting of real food.

Now, I have to tell you that I’m not trying to be bossy here but the nutrition plan is a required part of the program regardless of your goals. The reason why is because it’s such a powerful part of the program that enables you to achieve amazing results in the shortest time possible.

Without your 100% complete participation I will be working at a serious disadvantage and cannot guarantee your results.  Honestly, it’s completely do-able and you’ll love the results.

 

4. Support That Goes Beyond Your Training Sessions- Achieving your goals involves more than just showing up for a couple of workouts each week with your personal trainer.

Yates Performance Training realizes that life often times gets in the way of our fitness goals even though we may have the best intentions.  That’s why I will make sure you are not ignored during your time away from your training sessions but instead you’ll be given support by e-mail, text messages and by phone as much as you need to ensure you stay on track.

This really does make a BIG difference in the results you’ll be able to achieve.

 

5. Videos & Worksheets To Use At Home Or Your Gym- When you start working with me you will be given short, effective independent exercise routines to be completed at home or your gym.

These sessions will help you get the best results possible but it’s not only important to do them, it’s important you do them correctly. That’s why you’ll be given worksheets and videos that explain exactly what to do and how to do it so you’ll get it right every time.

 

6. Your Choice 30 Or 60 Minute Sessions- Most of my personal training sessions are designed around 1 hour sessions because I have found that my clients get the best results from these sessions. However, I also realize that many people find it difficult to make two one-hour sessions every week which is why I offer the flexibility of choosing 30, 45 or 60 minute personal training sessions.

You decide how you want to spend your time.

Do you want 2 x 1 hour sessions a week or do you prefer 2 x 45 minute sessions a week. Or maybe 3 x 30 minute sessions works best for you. It’s up to you.
